    The front desk sees it straight away. If you sent it after 23:00, it is the first thing read at 7:00.

    We reply and hold the room

    You get availability, the rate and a secure link for the 30% deposit. The room is held for 48 hours.

  3. A week before arrival

    The guides write to you

    Forecast, snow line, trek places and a packing list for the season you are coming in.
